Horseback riding in Lakselv

Saarela Gård is a small, approved riding center that runs breeding, training, riding activities and therapy with Icelandic horses. We are best known for the world’s northernmost riding camp. The stable and the company were established in 2010, and since then we have run our riding business.

Welcome to an adventurous riding holiday at Saarela Gård in Lakselv, Finnmark with the world’s northernmost oval track, surrounded by beautiful and unique nature, – with Icelandic horses right outside the window. Among other things, we can offer pub rides in collaboration with the Juga brewery, where after a few hours of riding in terrain, you arrive at the brewery and can be offered beer tasting. We can also tempt you with the midnight sun, so that there are always enough hours in the day to do what you want.
