Engholm Husky sommer camp

Visit Engholm Husky summer camp on an island - a special experience you will never forget. Let us share the wonderful enthusiasm of sled dogs with you.

From approximately July 15 to August 15, you have a unique opportunity to experience the Engholm Husky sled dogs when they are on summer vacation on an island.

The dogs summer camp is only a 20-minute drive from Karasjok on the E6 towards Lakselv and Nordkapp.

The program includes:

  • Boat trip from the road to the “dog island”. Spend time with our friendly sled dogs – learn about and experience the interaction between us and the dogs when they are released and allowed to move freely in full fours,
  • bathe and swim.
  • Net and rod fishing.

Ends with a wilderness meal before returning to the car.
