Hiking tours in Karasjok
We offer walking tours in beautiful Karasjok, and hope as many people as possible will join.
The trip goes from Ájonjárga to Dilljaskáidi. Up at Dilljaskáidi, coffee/tea and pancakes are served, which we make when we’re up. We also have a pair of binoculars to look for wildly.
Round trip: approx. 16 km in total
Time: 4.5-7 hours.
Terrain: A lot of climbing for the first 8 km. ATV track/crossing of two smaller streams and one marsh area.
Footwear: Good hiking boots/hiking shoes. It is also recommended to bring rubber boots.
Meeting place: At the car park/information signs approx. 5 km towards Finland, Ájonjárga!
