Explore Sápmi with snowmobile
Join us on a scooter tour, experience our beautiful, raw nature and learn to throw the lasso. The tour starts from the Thon Hotel where the guests are given winter clothes. We drive two people per snowmobile and the trip takes us to a lavvu where the guests are welcomed with joik, traditional Sami food and drink, and where they can learn more about the Sami and our culure. It will be too exciting to see who wins the prize in the lasso throwing competition.
Requirements: This trip is only suited for adults and require a driver licence.
It is also possible to do the trip in the evening/night as a Northern Lights Safari.
Included: Snowmobile hire, fuel, winter overall, helmet, balaclava, shoes and gloves. Hot beverage and a snack.
Duration: 3 hours (total about 2 hours driving)
