You will find the holiday house at Rivdnji/Strømmen in idyllic Smørfjord, 5 km north of Russenes towards Olderfjord along the E69 on the road to Honningsvåg and Nordkapp. The house is ideal to have as a base for your Finnmark holiday, as it is only a two-hour drive to either Nordkapp, Gjesvær or Karasjok, and just over an hour away from Havøysund, Hammerfest or Alta. Natural sights in the immediate area include, for example, unique Trollholmsund, the sacred places at Bringnes and Sjøsametunet. There are also wonderful opportunities to experience the northern lights in autumn and winter.

The area is also the perfect place to experience Finnmark’s nature up close. Here you can go on long walks, cycle, fish in the river and sea and much more.

The house is relatively new and fully furnished/equipped with 3 bedrooms, bathroom, living room with open kitchen. Wood stove, heat pump and electric heating. There is room for a maximum of 6-7 guests. The house is spacious and has a large veranda with a view over Smørfjord and the Porsangerfjord. The house has a barbecue area outside. There is a good stable 50 Mbps wireless internet connection in the house.

Prices vary according to the length of stay, time of year and number of people. Bed linen, towels and cleaning are included in the price.

We are meticulous about cleaning, antibacterial disinfection and we also use O3/Ozone treatment, therefore we must have at least 6 hours between check-out and check-in.

Locally prepared food can be ordered. Many fishing opportunities. Possibility of renting/borrowing photo equipment, bicycles, snowmobiles and small boats. Price and liability are agreed separately.
